Joe is a licensed U.S. Coast Guard Master with a 100 Ton rating, inventor of a certified U.S. Coast Guard safety device, Licensed Marine Instructor, Charter and Transportation Vessel Captain, former Marine Patrol/Harbor Patrol Boat Operator, Long Beach Marina Live aboard and Marina Supervisor.
